I have been seeing Julie for pt sessions for nearly 5 years now. During that time Julie has always focused on helping me reach any goals I which to achieve. What I really love about Julie is that she is realistic in her approach as well as the outcomes. I specialise in training women over 40 years of age because their needs are different to when they were in their twenty's. I believe we shouldn't get obsessed over counting calories or exercising extremely to burn off how badly we have eaten. I believe exercise shouldn't hurt you but it should challenge you. I also believe we should develop a healthy mindset towards ourselves by focusing on things that draw you into a life of freedom and happiness.
As a Trained Massage Therapist, my knowledge of the human body helps me to make a more informed and scientific approach to your training program. I enjoy putting all of my knowledge together to come up with something unique for my clients.
